Home Invasion, Forced Entry, & Gunpoint Assault (April 5, 2023)
On April 5, 2023—only approximately fifteen (15) hours after I was led to believe I did not have to appear in court regarding two fabricated cases—Deputies Igo and King unlawfully entered my 1.5-acre property without a search warrant or consent. They disabled a gate located nearly 100 feet the easement, then forcibly busted through a solid wooden door. I was assaulted at gunpoint inside my home and charged with “resisting.”
This incident carries serious legal and constitutional implications. The Fourth Amendment prohibits warrant-less entry onto private property and into a residence except under very narrow emergency circumstances. Breaking into a person’s home without a search warrant is among the most severe civil rights violations because the home is the area afforded the highest legal protection. Charged with “resisting” after forced entry further raises concerns of retaliation and an attempt to justify unconstitutional conduct after the fact.
