Gunpoint Interrogation & Coercion Plot (October 13, 2021)
On October 13, 2021—with all video evidence contradicting the incident reports filed—Deputy Meshelle Naylor hid herself on a back road during school release time in an undercover vehicle less than a mile from my residence, where I have received mail for 38 years, only 1.6 miles from the police station where these officers were employed. Naylor never read my rights and illegally questioned me at gunpoint using excessive force. Then engaged in a seven-minute conversation with Sgt. Stickels, during which he advised her to mute the audio on her recording device so they could coordinate a coercion plan off-record. In the midst of this misconduct, she made defamatory and inappropriate statements to my 14-year-old daughter, claiming I had “brain damage” from prior drug abuse and that my religious beliefs were the result—calling it a “common theme” among drug addicts. This conduct was abusive, malicious, and entirely unbecoming of law enforcement.
